Looking forward to the weekend. Twins game tomorrow afternoon and hosting my Destination Imagination team to watch the year-end ceremony tomorrow night. Planning on hiking/foraging on Sunday.

Grilling some cauliflower steaks tonight. Found a recipe that looks pretty good. We don't go meatless often, but trying to bring that into the fold once or twice a week.
