Not enough D to get passed the cheeks

What's the problem, button dick?

This guy wants to talk to you about projection:

Why do people project?

People tend to project because they have a trait or desire that is too difficult to acknowledge. Rather than confronting it, they cast it away and onto someone else. This functions to preserve their self-esteem, making difficult emotions more tolerable. It's easier to attack or witness wrongdoing in another person than confront that possibility in one's own behavior. How a person acts toward the target of projection might reflect how they really feel about themselves.

Built for $12 Million and on sale for $1.9 Million?

How haunted is that place?

To be clear: Built for $12 Million 1982 dollars, now on sale for $1.9 Million 2021 dollars.
Did you look at the pictures? That place is tacky as fuck. It’d cost millions just to make it look decent. Someone paid a whole lot of money to make that place look shitty.

It's not that bad. Yes wood and marble are over-done.

But there has to be a back story why the place is selling for so much less than its original cost.

For starters, cost does not equal value. To me, it looked ugly, disjointed and dated. You’d have to spend a ton of time and money to make it livable. Then, it’s in Rochester. The average home in Rochester sells for under $200K. How many multi-million dollar buyers are out there in that market?

Just checked Realtor.com. That’s the highest priced listing in the area. There’s one other at $1.8MM and one at $1.5MM, but nothing over $2.0MM. Someone way overbuilt for the area.

Why Rochester, why $12 Million?

Unsolved mystery.
