Ok so a PB sammich pre run...then I will use the GU after 30-40 mins
I mean, you just need some kind of sugar and carbs in your system to burn off, right?

I feel like pre workout stuff dehydrates you too much and you can't catch up while sweating your ass off
 
morning

did a 45 minute talkie bike ride last night and felt pretty good. Finished off a bottle of @Wild Turkey after dinner.

tennis match this evening and what looks like a pretty easy work day (knock on wood)

did a lunch date with the chick I got coffee with last week. Cool chick...we will see where this goes.
I remember when I was first introduced to that liquor a long time ago.

That is why I am trying the Accelerade. I mix it with water and take it with me
 
I don't want a shoe vortex. However I would like to hear if anyone uses workout supplements and what you recommend

I just purchased a pack of Accelerade and tried it Sunday
I typically just cut my C4 with some coke

Accelerade looks like pittance amounts of carbs and protein...

Just take a GU during and drink a carb with something like Waxy Maize or Maltodextrin after.
