I like to set little goals for myself and try to break them.I did 5 miles once, don't think I could anymore
I mean I "could" but it would be more of fast walk per minute speed
Winter of 19/20, it was run a mile under 7 minutes. I got it in 6:54.
Last summer it was swim 40 yards completely underwater. Got it.
This spring/summer is 3 miles in 24 minutes (8 minute pace). Last week I got 2.25 miles in 18 minutes, so I'm on pace, just need six more minutes. Might try tomorrow morning.
