You're obviously violating the "no eye contact" rule here.“You’re making me very uncomfortable, Mister Willie”
There is a happy ending to this story. Juan? Worked for Chipper Jones prior to moving over to Willie's placeYou're obviously violating the "no eye contact" rule here.
I thought Chipper’s place was a final destination for lawn help. There is a happy ending to this story. Juan? Worked for Chipper Jones prior to moving over to Willie's place
The front of my house is kind of plain. I have spent all my time and money fixing the inside and back yard, where I spend all my time. The front is clean, and maintained, but people are always surprised when they walk in.This is true
I always pay attention to how people tend to their lawns, landscaping, and outdoor conditions of their homes. There have been some places that outside were just trash but inside they were really nice
So, every item you own you meticulously maintain?People in general don’t think like that. Most people don‘t say “this is an investment, so I’ll take care of it and the rest can go to hell”. For the most part, people either take care of their shit or they don’t.
Actually, yes. I’m a little OCD.So, every item you own you meticulously maintain?
"Little"Actually, yes. I’m a little OCD.
I work for my money. I want the things I spend that money on to last. I also just don’t like things that look messy or not maintained. If it’s out of place, put it where it belongs. If it’s broken, fix it or replace it. If it’s dirty, pay someone to clean it…"Little"
I take care of my guns, the engines in my vehicles and my guitars. And I build stuff. That's all.
I am about function, not form. Meh. To each their own.I work for my money. I want the things I spend that money on to last. I also just don’t like things that look messy or not maintained. My car is going to last the same whether I fix the dings or not. I do a deep clean on the inside 1-2 times a year because my kids are slobs, but I don't care even a little about some dents. That’s me. I want all of my shit to last and look good.
Lol me driving a pickup. Get the fuck out of here@Flavortown Tebow strikes again
Imagine if you needed to have something that “got you from point a to point b” to get to your place of employment, which gives you the ability to acquire that “asset”.My car is going to last the same whether I fix the dings or not. I do a deep clean on the inside 1-2 times a year because my kids are slobs, but I don't care even a little about some dents.
But it still doesn't compare to a house. A house is a totally different ballgame. It's an actual asset...not something that gets you from Point A to Point B.
This doesn't surprise me at all.Actually, yes. I’m a little OCD.
I don't have to imagine. Because I do. Whether or not I fix door dings or a dent doesn't change that.Imagine if you needed to have something that “got you from point a to point b” to get to your place of employment, which gives you the ability to acquire that “asset”.
Meh. Amusing that something you spend thousands of dollars on that presents you with your financial and social utility isn’t considered an asset, but whatever.I don't have to imagine. Because I do. Whether or not I fix door dings or a dent doesn't change that.
It's worth less money every day....I assume you are smart enough to understand depreciating versus appreciating assets.Meh. Amusing that something you spend thousands of dollars on that presents you with your financial and social utility isn’t considered an asset, but whatever.
