plenty of guys got to their first finals acting like they’ve been their before. CP3 won’t win the ring, he already blew his load.
lol hence the word “act” like you’ve been there before. Like it’s expected. Control your emotions and dont get too high. Not jawing, crying, flopping. Takes away from a good performance, not to mention he’s still has games to play

Bucks. Not sure about Giannis knee tho but I know if he’s out, that’s 3 series in the playoffs the Suns didn't have to face a top 10 player in the league.

I like Chris Paul. Dude can still ball and leading this team shows his leadership. His performance in the western finals was bad ass. Unfortunately his jawing, crying to refs, and flopping take away from that performance. That and he was celebrating like he just won the whole thing. Bad move when you have more b-ball to play.

Injuries happen all the time in the playoffs. But I won't try to diminish what the Suns & CP3 have done so far due to the injury bug. If you really have that much of an issue with the path the Suns have taken to the Finals then you should also have an issue with the teams that won it all in '15, '16, '19 & '20.

No one is diminishing anything. It is what it is. Cavs didn’t beat the Dubs with no Curry. Dubs didn’t beat the Cavs with no Lebron. Beating LA with no AD and the Clipps with no Kawhi and now possibly the Bucks with no Giannis are major pieces. Which is my entire point. Call it an asterisk or whatever you want. Last year that time off help the vets big time. Favored them in Orlando for a tournament with no fans. Then right into the 2021 season these guys were toast. Look at all the injuries and yeah it’s part of the game but you can’t tell me a team that missed the playoffs for 10 years didn’t greatly benefit from playing these teams with their best player out.
CP3 went a bit far imo. And he blew his load. There is celebrating and then there is blowing your load. Devin Booker was taking care of business with no jawing flopping etc and he took a beating to his face all series. CP3 went too far with his emotions and he finally got over the hump sure but like I said… you have more work to do, so “act” like you’ve been there before.
now he’s gonna face a pretty good defensive player in Holiday.
I have all respect for CP3. Came into the league the same time as DWill and both were sweet PGs. DWill been out for years so what Chris Paul in his late career has been is impressive.

Since you have an issue with the path the Suns have taken to the Finals do you have the same issue with the 2015 Warriors? That season they didn't face a single team in the playoffs that was 100% healthy.
There will be no asterisk if the Suns win it all.

2021 could very well be a year of the team that stayed the healthiest and not necessarily the best team in the league. Because of the year prior. 2020 and 2021 were absolutely both asterisks. People got rings but it was Effed

First round- starting PG Jrue Holiday only played 55 total minutes in that series coming off a stress fracture in his right tibia
Second round- starting PG Mike Conley missed game one with a facial fracture & starting SF Tony Allen played just five minutes over the last two games due to a sore left hamstring
Third round- they were without starting PG Patrick Beverly & back-up C Dontatas Motiejunas & Dwight Howard played through a torn meniscus
Finals- Cavs were without Kevin Love & Kyrie got injured during the Finals
As far as CP3's reaction after advancing to the Finals. He was celebrating something that took him 16 seasons to accomplish. He's not the first or last NBAer that has or will celebrate after advancing to the Finals.
