Busses should be tipped by the server. Usually 10 percent of their take.

That depends though. That goes to busses that not only keep the tables clean, but bring drinks and remove finished plates from the patrons.

Eh, I'm weird with tips. I always need it to be a round number, always divisible by 5, but always at least 20%+ unless the service is complete trash, then it's 0%.

So, for a $45 bill, it will always be either $55 or $60.
