This one is a little weird. Why such big teeth? I would expect aliens might not have any. Although I dont see a normal human satchel suture either so who knows.

Yep, it's a giant baby head on its small body. The giant theorists think it was a baby giant. Since human eyes don't increase in size, the eyes on this would mean it's about a 10+ footer had it grown.
