There was one that came through south of us that messed up a lot of the lower part of the state in '12. They were still fixing damage from that when the microburst storm blew through here and knocked out power. Took them longer than anticipated to get us back online because most of the workers were already busy fixing damage from the other storm.

one knocked over a couple cypress trees in my yard last year.

My uncle butchered an old cow. My mom gave me about 20lb ground beef and 10lb of patties from it.

More blasphemy: These days I use the Costco pre-made frozen ones more often than not.

I did some for my grill session on Tuesday.

5 oz patties, threw in some diced onion, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Happy hour last night turned into a few happy hours. BIL and family were here when I got home. Chatted for awhile and got a good night of sleep.

Paralegal’s last day at the office. She’s going to cry and that’s going to make me feel awkward. I think the most recent interview is going to take our offer, but won’t know until later today.
