I was 235 a month ago, just stopped shoveling food in face, and stopped eating meat for more than one meal a day.

I'm not sedentary though. My work requires me to climb ladders, and go up and down stairs constantly. I'm always moving. I do all my own landscape and pool maintenance, and try to make a bit of an exercise out of that.

Just being in the above 100 degree weather will keep anyone from putting on too much weight, and keep the appetite down.

I'm told they have done a nice job with the vagrants as well versus 8 or so years ago

It did not seem too bad to me. But I could totally see where it would be easily terrible

I wish Denver and Nashville would do something about the aggressive vagrants.

I think I told you guys how a bum threw a handful of change in my Dad's face. First he was in a headlock by my 72 yr old father and then he was in handcuffs.
