Best Hot Sauce

Now you got it.

That shit is Hot.
Yeah it is.

Sauces I keep on hand:

Sriracha
El Yucateco green
Cholula chipotle
Frank's

Then there are the specialty hot sauces that people give me in gift packs or the handful I chose at the Pepper Palace while in Pigeon Forge a few weeks back. Mostly chipotle or habanero based. I can certainly eat the hotter sauces, but they have to have good flavor as well, not just heat.

Probably oughta toss that Tabasco. Looks old and discolored. Same with the Cholula but harder to tell in the pic.

Yeah, I did after taking that picture. It was hidden in the back of my cabinet and not one of my top choices. The cholula is fine, being only a month or so old.

Happens to me sometimes too.

More so with BBQ sauces. I'll buy a brand, find another brand that I like a bit more, save the opened original (just in case), then it sits in the fridge too long and gets discolored.

If we're taking salsa, I don't really care, not a big fan of a particular brand.

For hot sauce, I can't do insane scoville, so I stick with stuff like Frank's and Yucateca. Really like their green Chile Habanero. For some reason their red Chile Habanero is hotter and it takes away from the flavor of the food.

Still to this day, my favorite wing sauce is bw3's spicy garlic. I put that shit on toast

I may give that a try next time I get BW3s. I typically get their hot and mango habanero. The wife likes their asian zing, which is also nice. I've used their parmesan garlic on salads.

I prefer the breaded wings from Hooters in their 3 mile island sauce, but there isn't one close to me.
