Pace is salsa as far as I'm concerned. Used to love it until I started making garden salsa. Now it just seems ok. Sriracha is amazing for soups and Asian recipes. My favorite actual mainstream hot sauce is probably Melinda's Ghost Pepper Wing Sauce. I normally don't like the flavor of ghost chilies but this one is a winner. That being said, I don't see this flavor around much anymore.

I make my own salsa and it’s great but when I think of hot sauce I’m going with Frank’s Cayenne Pepper Sauce.

I make my own from the garden. So I'd say that's my 'go to' until about December. I give a lot of Mason jars away and sometimes regret doing that come Jan/Feb when I run out.
I'm not too picky when it comes to store bought. I'll do Pace, but also change up with an off brand now and then.

I noted that too.
That Hell on the Red isn't chunky like Salsa is.
It's a pretty smooth texture.
It's been a few years. I can't find it anymore, but keep looking.
