Arkansas

The real south is just Georgia, the Carolinas and Tennessee.
Those are just the Yankee portions of the south. The rest of the south can't even rely on Georgia to blindly vote down party lines anymore. What a fucking disgrace.
 
Considered a Southern state or no? To me Arkansas seems more like a Midwest state, sort of same boat as Missouri and Oklahoma.

Arkansas is part of the South. Definitely not a midwest state or a plains state like Oklahoma.

I get the argument that "it's not a part of the deep South like Georgia/Alabama", but I'd point out that more northerly states like Kentucky and even North Carolina are considered Southern states.
