Not really, although I did put on a couple of pounds on at first after I quit running. I am back in tiptop shape now. I will say that I fucking hate the elliptical though. I’d much rather be outside running.

I work at home or drive it 30 miles to the airport where it sits for a week and then drive it 30 miles home. And recently before covid I'd usually take uber to the airport because parking was a total pain in the ass with all the construction they were doing.

time to look at tires though before it leaves me with a flat somewhere... most likely in my driveway before I get moving.
