So now LBJ will likely use that as more motivation to get another ring, and possibly even another finals MVP as well.
He could become the only finals MVP to win it with 3 different teams. (Heat twice/Cavs once)...(Lakers?..tbd)
He's tied with Kareem (Bucks/Lakers) & Kawhi (Spurs/Raptors) who also have won finals MVP with 2 teams.

That is the difference between him and MJ, MJ's comment wouldn't have been a bitch, MJ would've given a "PC comment" and everyone knew that he would have have the last word hoisting another title and telling the MVP winner he could shove that MVP trophy up his ass!

MJ was as far from PC as it gets. MJ literally made shit up to be pissed off about.

I forget who the player was, but there was basically a journeyman type player who MJ claimed "disrespected" him after a game. He talked about it leading up to the next game, then used it as motivation to destroy him. Thing was...he never did what MJ claimed he did.

Point is, pretty much all players at that level find shit to be pissed off about to motivate themselves.

Inviting a high school teammate to his HOF induction just to rub in his face where their two basketball careers ended up was a petty bitch move by His Airness.

People think Lebron is just terrible for bitching about NBA votes and holding a presentation about going to Miami.

People adore MJ even though he punches teammates, unfaithful to his wife and a bad teammate.

If there was social media back then the media would ask for MJ to be kicked out of the league. People are so soft these days, social media dictates their opinions. Grow up, he’s a basketball. Watch the game and shut up. Too sensitive.
