Where are we with the CFP after week 12?

I wanna see

UGA win out
Wisky win B10
Baylor win B12
Pitt win ACC
Auburn beat Bama
Houston beat Cincy

Then watch everyone try to figure shit out lol

Baylor lost their QB yesterday so they would have to see us beat OU and the 2nd best defense in the nation with a shitty backup qb. Auburn has a better chance of beating Bama than that scenario playing out

I could see the Big 12 also eliminating itself.
OU wins this week and loses to OSU in the CCG.
OSU wins this week and loses to Baylor in the CCG.

Its amazing.

Just last week mommyship said BYE BYE no CFP for YOU. Now they're saying we might have a chance.

Funny....innit? They seem kinda fickle?

Rape lost their QB. If we win Bedlam, rape is lucky to get a touchdown against us.

Splitting Bedlam and the ccg is possible though

Alabama Won West, But Still Far From a Championship-Level Team

======================
If Alabama fans know anything, it's what a championship team looks like. They saw one last year, probably the best Nick Saban's ever had. That was on top of all the championships over the previous decade, while witnessing the most successful dynasty in college football history.
...
This team has yet to look like one, and is running out of time to do so.
...
Saban calling out the players this part week wasn't a good sign. Neither was seeing Saturday's game come down to an onside kick.

Championship teams don't continually get fooled by fakes on special teams.

They don't fumble near the end zone.

They put good teams away when they have the chance, and don't let them hang around. They finish.

Alabama survived 42-35, and give Arkansas a lot of credit, but there's still something missing with this group.

It had better find it, quickly, because right now all we conclude is that this Crimson Tide team just doesn't want it bad enough.

Didn't know that. Injured in the OU game or during last night's game?

If you and Baylor play it might end up being a 13-6 type game.

If Bama gets in with two losses and supplants Cinci or the b12 champ, it really is time to boycott this years cfp
Hell. If UGA loses the CCG, they shouldn’t get in over a one loss b12 champ. This sec sycophancy needs to stop.
Agree with the first part. UGA had dominated all year unlike we have seen in a very long time. They would have the best loss to the #2 team. There is a 0% chance they don’t get in and they should get in. Dominant all year. Nobody can argue that.

Basically called names, didn't respond to substantive discussion. And I have a small brain, LOL. Welcome to the SEC!

Do you really need for me to point out that we are the only team in the top 10 on O and D efficiency? That we are giving up something like 6 points a game and then next team is giving up 17 per game or something like that? Do I really need to point out that we seriously went through the entire first 2/3 of our schedule with WRs 1-5 out with injury, and TE1 out? That we have most of those back now? Or that we have started a former WO QB, and our QB1 may be ready in time for the playoffs? That teams we've beaten average something like 25 points less in their games against us than when they don't play us?

See, I thought if you followed CFB you would know those things, and your post indicated that you didn't.
Tahts what I’m calling you out for. For your “if you knew, then you’d know” argument. Literally useless.

I like how they dominated stumbling Clemson to the tune of ten points, and zero offensive touchdowns.
And then there’s their wins over Kentucky Arkansas and auburn… jUsT So AbOvE eVeRyOnE eLsE

Bohannon pulled a hammy in the first half

Sorry ... thought when you ridiculed UGA's accomplishment that someone who followed CFB would know the things I had to type for you. Most everyone here knows those things, and that's why UGA is no. 1.

The more I thought about it though, it made sense. Your team sucks balls and has lost 6 in a row, against B12 teams ... welcome to the SEC! This includes getting your ass whipped by the Arkansas team you don't consider to be any good. So, I can see why you tapped out this year, and checked out of CFB.

The overhyped sec. Again. Your big wins are Arky auburn and Kentucky. You thinking that should get you into the cfp after losing a CCG instead of a b12 champ is nothing but sycophantic self serving sec hype. As usual.

Yep. CCG's are a play in. If you can't win your conference you don't deserve a playoff spot. With a 4 team playoff there should NEVER be multiple teams from the same conference in.
Except they are specifically not a play in. I mean you can read the governing documents and they are clear that conference championships are not elimination games.

I get the SEC hate, but at the end of the day you and everyone else should want the 4 (or 12) best teams to play for the NC. Other than just being tired of it being the same teams, or from SEC hate, why would you not want the 4 best teams playing each other. There are clearly differences in the quality of conferences, so eliminating 1 or more best teams because your conference is better than the rest makes no sense. And before you say the SEC ain't all that, know that with a 12 CFP coming up we will get to test that theory.

Low IQ football fan, I see. Maybe you will wise up once you become a cellar dweller in the SEC. Can' wait for that. Back to the kiddies table for you.

What happened last time our two teams went bowling together?

LOL ... you guys are BAAAACK!

Low IQ poster to bring up a bowl game from 3 years ago.

Arkansas v. UT - 40-21, 471 total yards
Arkansas v. UGA - 37-0, 162 total yards

We certainly lost a game we should have won, but this was the only thing that bothered me ... bullies:

And how many P5 teams has Texas beat this season? Who else has held Clemson to 3 points this season? Kansas didn't score 35 points against a single team this season...except Texas.

I’m not here arguing that Texas should get into the cfp over the b12 champ after losing their last game… dunce

Ah, ... when they lose a game matters? Where's that in the rules? Damn, son, head back over to the kiddies table and let the adults discuss CFB.
