Seems like good OCs are a lot more plentiful than good DCs. So a defensive minded HC might more easily find a good OC than the other way around. As long as a defensive minded HC doesn't get too stubborn about more "open" offenses, it just might be the way to go.I think Oklahoma might be too big of a job for a young guy’s first HC job, but I’d be surprised if he isn’t a HC somewhere next season.
