That's a huge win. Will end up as a Q1. Only loss so far to 8-0 LSU. Deacs might be 2nd in acc when it's all said and done.

I don't know about Q1. We're not all that good. Lost a lot of depth with some transfers. I could easily see us being .500 or below to slip it to Q2

All it would take is to finish a couple games over .500 for it too likely be a Q1 win. The Gophers we're 14-15 last year and finished 77 in the NET. I'd be really surprised if VT didn't finish with a top 75 NET.

don't know what to make of thus Virginia team

lost to Navy, but beat Providence
barely lost to Iowa, barely beat Pitt

i'm assuming they're going to improve over the course of the season, b/c Bennett is a total pro

Tony really shit the bed striking out on recruiting over the past 2 cycles. I'll be very, very surprised if UVA finishes inside the top 12 of the ACC.

I thought he was a pretty decent coach when he was hired. State should have won today as they led the whole game and once by 13 against Purdue. They let that one get away from them. Once you get down several possessions in overtime you start pushing to score instead of playing together to score. NC State will be better because of this loss. Keatts doesn’t need to get a technical at the end like he did. Sometimes coaches have to get better too. I think he will.
 
So is this a 3 big league? Duke, UNC and WF? Another awful showing by the league today, despite almost beating the #1 team.
