Bundesliga 2021/2022

I enjoyed my day and only just finished watching the game. I was even in a sports pub eating lunch with friends and it was on on a big screen in the corner and I never looked at it.

Highly entertaining match. Questionable calls by the officials.

But still a result I enjoyed.

Enjoyable for sure. Definitely a good plug for the league considering how many people were watching worldwide.
 
Wow. Gladbach an absolute embarrassment. How did they beat Bayern? Lose 6-0 to Freiburg. All goals in first 37 minutes.

Just watched the highlights. 5 of the 6 set pieces. My God Gladbach you hung Sommer out to dry.

Perhaps. Does Bayern sell though? I think they pride themselves as a club that doesn’t sell its best players. Thiago was a rare one-off.

Yep. So, now would be the time to sell or extend his contract so he retires a Bayern Munich player. Definitely a lot to think about for the FCB executive team. They are already crying about revenue being down again and have Gnabry and Süle extensions in the near term.

I can see him staying and I can see him leaving via sale. It would definitely sting if our best player other than perhaps Gerd Müller, Beckenbauer and Neuer left the club.

Moting and Kimmich out until 2022 portion of season. Lung infiltration from COVID causing issues. Knuckleheads both of them for not getting the needle. Even if they defeat COVID, will they? Or are they going to be what they call "long haulers". Dumb fucks bot of them. Sule had it too but he is back and previously vaccinated so no big deal. When did Kimmich last play? Before the German Would Cup Qualifiers. No help to Bayern and no help to Germany.
 
With the two clowns Kimmich and Moting out playing COVID Russian Roulette, and Goretka / Sabitzer too looks like it will be a Tolisso / Musiala midfield again. Why not, Tolisso has been good recently and Musiala deserves way more playing time. Gnabry and Hernandez back too.

Missed today's game. Lucky they got a win. I will also say Musiala is auditioning for Kimmich or Goretzka's spot. He may get it if those two don't get their act together. Goretzka (shitty play), Kimmich (COVID buffoonery). Always someone out there to take your job. Ask Josh Sargent about Ricardo Pepi.
 
Wolfsburg: here is how far they have fallen: Bochum ahead of them in standings due to GF now. It wasn't Van Bommel after all. It is the players, the current biggest bunch of underachievers other than Gladbach in the Bundesliga. Speaking of Gladbach, if they don't get their act together soon, they will joining Schalke, Bremen, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, etc.
