Under the Porch with the Guide Bear!

If the relationship was over 30 years, Parka may have a case for common law marriage, which means he has rights.

@Parka, see a lawyer.

"Georgia: No common law after Jan. 1, 1997, however, common law marriages entered into prior to that date will be recognized by the state. (Ga. Stat. § 19-3-1.1)"

Holy smokes friends! My Bunny troubles just got way worse. I am headed to Ohio...

AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! My best friend's daughter wants me to move in with her and her husband and their two babies! And my brother Joe said I could stay with him at least temporarily. So i have options.

I was so worried I would fall into a deep depression about this and I haven't. And I don't think I will get depressed about this either.

It's going to hurt to lose so much, my workshop, my tools, my air rifle collection, my Baby Monster fish tank, my Power Wheels but I will no longer be under Bunny's thumb and that brings me inner peace.

I don't even have a drivers license and I have no means to get out of here, sorta stuck but I will prevail and move on one way or another.

Can you take an Uber?

This son of yours...is Bunny the mother?

id be interested to see Bunny’s reaction if this applied to @Parka and Bunny wasn’t calling all the shots. She may change her tune if found out she had to sell the place and give him half the money

You should know about relationships after your ex-wife walked out on you.

That may explain what's wrong with him but my question was directed at your actions...so again, what the fuck is wrong with you?
I get tired of Dole giving stupid advice on relationships. He's glad his wife walked out.

@Parka said his son with Bunny is almost 30 years old. That would potentially put him within this exception.

He sure is. Handi, when I woke up in a good mood on Saturday, I was a little bit surprised. And when it happened again yesterday, it reinforced my thinking that I didn't do anything wrong. Bunny is making a big mistake and I still want to make this work.

Some days it seems like we made progress and a day later, two steps backwards. But my gosh, has the script ever flipped! Now it's her that's all Mrs. Mopey Pants and I'm the tough He-Hussy!

And I'm not going to trash and shit talk Bunny, she is a great sweet wonderful person except for this one issue.

Thanks for listening Handi and I feel a little bit stupid, embarrassed, for all this back and forth, break ups and matters of the heart, it can be tough for even the toughest of us.

And @dbldwn711 , I haven't done it yet but I still plan to have a third party get involved and I may request a Clergyman to be my shrink! I hope the VA pegs YOU to be my Counselor... HAHAHA!

I love ya, man! I really do like you like crazy!

Well, yes I am. My situation with Bunny is a good example why having only one child isn't a great idea.

Bunny shouldn't be your big concern. You are not married to her, nor are you related to her.

But the boy....that's your own blood man!

He's the one you should be more worried about repairing any relationships with. Bunny may or may not be your GF in the future.... but that boy will always be your son.

But I don't want to 'hang' out with my son! Of course I love him but the dude is a lazy bum and I'd rather love him from afar and get my Bunny back in my Chamber of Love among other unmentionable pleasures-(outta respect for Petey!) I really really really REALLY like spending time with Bunny when things are going good. My son needs to take care of his own mess that HE made for himself.

My son won't return my calls or respond to my texts so the ball is in his hands. Bunny asked me, 'how's that make you feel' and I answered it made me feel like it's his choice.
