Either I didn't realize you lived in that part of Indiana, or I knew and forgot.
I know this will sound strange and random, especially out of me, but I once stayed in a convent in Mishawaka.

Yeah ... I think I remember yer story about that a good long while back.

I grew up in Mishawaka ... right next to Bethel College.

Ah, I couldn't remember if I'd told you, or not.
I had some vague recollection of mentioning visiting Sister Alwinia at the convent and staying there, although I don't remember you saying you'd grown up there. Oops.

I din't even know there was a convent in Mish.

Just mentioned it to ma (your story) and she said "Yeah ... there used to be one a longggg time ago out by Marian High School".

I'm like ... :shrug: lolz

Saw dog shit on the floor of the mall twice during the holidays. At least when I take my little nugget places, I make sure she does her business outside first.

And no, she does not eat from my utensils or plate!

I just did a little looking, and it sounds like it's still there.

Maybe there was more than one, and your mama is thinking of a different one.
