trying to make @Rock Strongo seem strong?Good Friday morning hooplas. Didn’t lift yesterday after my run which is my 1st non lifting day of the week. Won’t run tonight it’s my night off and won’t lift. Will get back to it tomorrow. I’ve been lifting 12lb dumbbells doing 200 of them in 25 increments. May up to 15 pounds. Pizza and wings tonight.

yup. i DO 25 lb curls (upped 5 lbs last night). 80-100 reps a day. doesnt indicate a max, dumbass.So you curl 20s but bench 350?

i used to be able to bench 400, but only once, way back in the day. i did reps with 250.
