Suing the NFL and all 32 teams.

Yikes.
He'll have a difficult time proving this. He has effectively damaged his career now.

About my comment that he will be hired by another team soon, scratch that.
I think the whole "Rooney rule is a sham" and its just become a check-the-box activity, the real HR hitter here is "Flores says that Dolphins owner Stephen Ross offered to pay him an extra $100,000 per loss during the 2019 season, as Ross wanted the Dolphins to lose enough games to secure the first overall pick in the 2020 NFL draft."

THAT is popcorn worthy, if he can prove it. Heaven help the Dolphins if an unspoken truth ends up being documented. Also, Flores is unhireable in the NFL now.

Doesn’t help that he is going after all 32 owners and made it a class action lawsuit. If it was just him suing Ross, and he can prove that he was offered 100k for every loss, it might have legs.

Seems like an incredibly risky move for a guy who could have prob quietly slipped back into a job w NE.

Oof. Solid coach and he just potentially just really hurt himself in the league. I would think these types of cases are pretty difficult to prove. But also would think that he would have to have some actual damning evidence. This is a guy that was going to be given another shot at HC soon, maybe even immediately. So why would he risk it, if not?

His NFL career is over. But if he really has the receipts and can either win or get a settlement it won't matter with all the money that'll roll in.

Sounds like he's got something with Belichick/Daboll, and probably something with that QB tampering and $100K/loss bonus. Not sure how much but much more than what Kaepernick had.

yeah prior to this I thought he did an amazing job with the garbage he was given. Seemed like Ross is the chick owner from Major League and Flores over achieved. Thought for sure he would get another coordinator job at the least.

Not now. You don't sue your boss and then ever work for them again.

There are only 31 owners in the NFL. The Packers do not have an owner.

You can sue a corporation and Mark would be on the hook if they do. And he has named "Doe 1-29" while three other named defendants also exist. So he does intend to sue the Packers as well.

Flores just shot himself in the foot.
