Then I did 3 sets each of leg extensions, leg curls, and weighted calf raises. From there, I went and did some weighted hip thrusts. Finished with some straight leg RDLs.
Then it was time for biceps, so I started off with some barbell curls, followed by some hammer curls. Running out of time, so quick did some preacher curls.
