Any kind of law that would keep me interested would involve a lot of the same sorts of stuff. I could go push paper and be bored out of my mind somewhere, but also wouldn't offer me the flexibility I need with Mr. Kobe's job having zero flexibility.

I've watched enough episodes of that to know you have to have a clean restaurant, good food, and understand food costs. But owning a restaurant doesn't appeal to me even a little. Nights and weekends....gross.

People are idiots. Supposed to have a closing that a realtor was pushing. Did the clients no favors (realtor) when drawing up the agreement. Seller has to pay money for fees to sell his building bc his purchase price was too low. Seller informs agent & me he may not have the money for awhile. Dang buyer can't make time to close either. Didn't wire his funds as well (probably for the best so far). Seller was to have his mail away docs notarized & returned. Didn't follow through on that either. Basically put it nicely to let me know when all 3 have their shit together so I can perform my job. This all after a lender closing & clean up.
