CFP's top 10 coaches ... right or wrong?

In support of Smart:

2-0 vs Brian Kelly
1-0 vs Jimbo Fisher
1-0 vs Lincoln Riley
1-0 vs Luke Fickell
1-0 vs Jim Harbaugh
1-0 vs Dabo Swinney
1-3 vs. Saban

He hasn’t played Dave Aranda or Ryan Day.

Jimbo over Riley 10 times out of 10 and I’d have Kelly right behind Jimbo.
Kirby is worthy of mentioning but honestly I may have Dabo over him and JH prob gonna blow past him in the SEC east alone pretty quick with his offensive mind Ol what’s his name at UF may make things more difficult too. Kirby’s had things pretty easy in the east for awhile now but that’s changing.
Saban is the goat and ain’t goin anywhere anytime soon so all of em have a ways to go to be in his atmosphere

I'd switch Kirby and Dabo and maybe Fisher and Reilly because of his natty. Maybe have Fickell higher because he has done more with less.

The only real problem I have with the list is Aranda. Nothing against him-I think he is a good coach and I won't shed a tear if he moves on to bigger things than Baylor but he got smoked in his first year and had a really good 2nd one. You shouldn't be considered one of the top 10 in the game after two years.

oddly enough the opposite. Wow, everyone friendly today. Must have already received their allotment of valentines booty.

I’m not sold on Kelly as something doesn’t seem right.

I question if Dabo can stay on the list with the coaches he lost.

I’m hoping Riley wins a natty in the next couple of years with Caleb. The meltdown would be epic.

I think Riley will -- he will be able to bring in much better recruiting classes to USC than he could at OU. They should have some crazy good offenses with the recruits he will now be able to pull out of California on a regular basis.
