There are usually a couple of players who change their minds during the "legal tampering" period every year, but this move is more unusual than most given the official Twitter account for the Cowboys announced the deal just minutes before news of a contract with the Broncos broke. Regardless of how he got there, Gregory is going to offer some much needed pass-rush punch opposite Bradley Chubb for Denver's defense. The Gregory signing would seemingly put to bed any thoughts of Von Miller returning to the Broncos.

He has averaged missing 9 games a year for the last 6 years. As well as he is doing now, the Cowboys insisting on protection if he is popped again was prudent. Denver is playing the lottery, might hit big, might blow up on them
