And to think Raum played in Bundesliga 2 last year. Germany going from no decent defensemen to now Raum and Schlotterbeck. Goosens mostly played left back until he got hurt, but I think Raum better.

Dortmund 4 points back now. As I said Saturday when Bayern had a 10 point lead, it would be 4 today. 8 games left. Bundesliga up for grabs. Need Leipzig to beat Dortmund. Bayern a bunch of knuckleheads letting this happen.
 
Sule out 3 to 4 weeks with thigh injury. How come they almost always get hurt in practice? Will miss UCL games.

Their best defenseman. Ugh. I might go with a Sarr/Stanisic, Pavard, Hernandez 3 back or Richards at left if 4 back. Keep Upa on the bench.
 
Pavard out with COVID. No Sule or Pavard today. Nianzou is starting a 3 back with Upa and Hernandez. Yikes. Lucky for Bayern Union is riddled with injuries:

Union Berlin will be without Grischa Prömel, Dominique Heintz, Keita Endo, Niko Gießelmann and Levin Öztunali against Bayern tomorrow. Genki Haraguchi and Andreas Luthe are doubtful.

I didn’t catch any of the Hoffenheim match, but to get buried by Hertha like that is surprising.
 
Dortmund stumbled to a tie with Koln. That makes them winning the Bundesliga really tough again. 6 points back with 7 to go and far behind in goal differential (the tie breaker) so they need Bayern to stumble 3 times now. Lose two and tie one and Dortmund needs to run table. Next game is Leipzig for them I believe.
