Life questions

Definitely have to go with #6, probably also go with #4 as anything unlimited is pretty much worth it and finally.... probably #2, not having to pay 6 months of mortgage could help me save a TON.

Do I get to pick where #5 is?

If the answer is No, it’s prolly #8 for me. I haven’t had insurance since Obama decided people had to. Plus I think Bosley Hair Replacement counts as medical.

My dumbass didn't even read number 8.

So I would agree with Handi.

8
6
4

Smitty - as for #5. I took it as you get a brand new home, but still have to be able to afford it. If it was whatever I wanted and no mortgage, I would definitely take that, but #2 hinted to me that you would still have to be able to pay for it.

Still birth is terrible. I know a couple that went through that recently. Thats not a miscarriage. Glad you guys got around to bangin a couple more times.

Speaking of horrible shit. I always thought my worst fear was one of my kids getting kidnapped, and just never knowing what happened to them. Then I met a guy who lost both his young kids and wife in a car crash. 10 years later he remarried, had a son. His son died of cancer at 13, and a year later his wife died of cancer. I think he is in his 60s now, never married again, and generally a happy guy. I dont know how he is content with life. No matter how bad you think you have it, someone has had it, and is having it, unimaginably worse.
.... I couldn't even imagine. Prayers to that dude.

That's my biggest fear, losing a child. The wife had cancer, so that is always on my mind. Ironically, her dad died of cancer too. Here is the kicker though, she had the same cancer as her dad AND got it at the same age he first got it. When I talked to the doctors about it being hereditary (since we have kids), they said that this cancer is not known to be hereditary. Maaaann, come the fuck on.

But whatever, I will just be extra vigilant when it comes to my children. Wifes dad beat it the first go around, but it came back and he died in 2010... at like 55 or something. So I gotta be mindful of the wife still as well. Cancer sucks.

I was neighbors or with another guy, who lost both his boys at 18 and 19 to cancer. Wife dies a couple years later from it. Same thing though, great guy, and never knew he had been through such awfulness until I lost my daughter. He just said," you're not alone. Not that it's the same, but I've been a member of this club for a long time." What he meant was its a club no one ever applies for, you hope you're never accepted, and there is no way to cancel your membership. Told me his whole story and it was terrible. Sometimes, it's nice to know you're not alone, when you're going through hell.

does mortgage include property taxes and insurance

if 5 is free #2 is useless but #5 makes no mention of taxes, mortgage or insurance.

Does 7 remain in perfect shape for life at no additional expenses what about tax and title? Car accidents?

3 is meh cuz I'm damn near it anyway

6 is potentially the most valuable easily spend more than 800 a month on groceries

8 has potential value should something happen or to preserve my life indefinitely

6 and 8 are nearly sure things the final answer would depend on the questions I have

4, 5, & 8 easy.

Travel wherever you want. Never specified a ceiling on that new home, and free medical care, no guidelines, yeah.

A home to live in forever is a retarded investment, unless yer yer in yer twilight years.

said you can't move out, doesn't say you can't "vacation" to other homes. nor does it say you can't rent out rooms in your palatial estate.

Hard pass.

Dirt appreciates, structures depreciate.

I do not want a forever home, til "forever" is in sight.

Do you have to live there tho? Can't rent it out? What I. Your home is a skyscraper and you live there and rent out every floor you don't want to use?

You wanna be a slum lord, have at it.

I'll let you in on a little secret...it's a shitty business.

I guess I disagree with the premise it's your forever home. that said, let's go to the refrain

Gravedigger
When you dig my grave
Could you make it shallow
So that I can feel the rain

Oh ya, it's assumed that the home can be as big as the earth. :rolleyes2:

Ok, ok...if the "home" can take up every square inch of the Earth...ok sign me up fer 5 er whatever it is

No but with rent generated you can pay someone to manage it and then buy a different house and live off the rent forever. That's why you go big enough to compensate someone to handle it

You can NEVER MOVE. Or sell it.

I'd say that's pretty fucking FOREVER.

But it doesn't say you can't own another house so furnish both and keep a dog and employ a dog walker at the skyscraper
