GAME #1 Bama @ TX | 11CT | FOX

It was thrown wildly and hit the dude in the head who was about to tackle him. It wasn't deflected lol. Are you honestly trying to say Bryce Young saw an open teammate and tried to throw it to him at that moment?
No, he was clearly grounding it but it hit a defender so they arent gonna call it

I feel really bad for Texas. They really got fucked by the refs. That sad part is that it’s not surprising that it happened. I actually expected it.
the really great teams make their own luck

Is that in the intentional grounding rule? If it hits a defender it can't be grounding?

Section 3.5667A.33345 of the Code FH.755564.8898I.34 of the NCAA football code clearly states so.

I hope they didn't pull an Ole Miss and leave it all on the field for just a game vs. Bama, only to stink it up for the rest of the season.
As a Cyclone fan, I hope they did! :)

Texas got fucked, should have won. THat referee should be fired for "saying the wrong thing"

This is the kind of thing I hate about sports, the obvious Goomba participation that effects games in a big way.. FUk you Alabama sympathizer ref

Bah I was taking a shit when the stupid ass targeting roughing call happened, never heard them mention grounding and from the shit officiating just assumed more retarded shit. Pffffffffffffffffffft
Nah, it was actually pointed out when they overturned the call and didnt call IG on the play.

I mean, it was stupidly lucky he rolled on the defender and even had a chance to ground it

So all you have to do when about to get sacked is throw it at someone?
Who knows. Honestly, laying back to back with a player, throwing while falling down, I am would be shocked if he could hit a small target like a helmet while falling and that player is moving. Cannot change the fact it happened though, that is for real.

The ball traveled 2-3 yards before it hit the defender. You have no idea where the ball was heading. Can't call it intentional if you can't know what he was aiming at.

Well if all they have to is hit a defender then throw it as they are about to hit you. Throw it right at their nuts

smaller target than a helmet. I will stick with the helmet.

No way he was aiming at all. Think he realized he didn't hit the ground initially and just chucked it
