GAME #1 Bama @ TX | 11CT | FOX

This is another game if he makes that tackle. Awful
Maybe. There is this guy named Bryce Young on the other side. Texas scored 9 pts on 4 red zone appearances. Had a dropped TD pass. Missed a chip shot. Just can’t make mistakes like that vs Bama

The ball traveled 2-3 yards before it hit the defender. You have no idea where the ball was heading. Can't call it intentional if you can't know what he was aiming at.
Exactly what happened. Bama got LUCKY on that play. The refs made the correct call

Will Anderson blocked that FG

In the grasp in the end zone is a safety. But none of you will say that.

Doesn’t matter. The most blatant missed PI cal in an end zone any of us has ever seen happened on our first drive. No flag. FOH.

That isnt an "in the grasp" situation, sorry

Literally holding him and dragging him to the ground. Not some big hit.
He literally had time to lower, twist, fall on the defender, and put his arm down all while being grasped… BEFORE rearing back to throw

Lol no. Sorry man. I was rooting for your boys. But that is NOT an in-the-grasp play. But yeah, there WERE a lot of bullshit non-calls that went Bama's away, totally agree on that

Which part is incorrect above? (video is above a few posts)

Dude, it was a standard defensive play where the defender grabs the ball carrier around the midsection area and tries to sling him down, it was a bang/bang action. You're trying to frame it as if the defender was holding onto Young for a good 4-5 seconds and clearly had him dead to rights, but Young manages to stay upright and not go anywhere. Here, watch it again, genius

Welcome to the SEC. Bow down to lord Saban

I just got back to my room.. what a game.. never ever seen that place rocking from start to finish..

First of all.. I woke up in the bed of my pickup this morning at 7:08 am.. Could not get in touch with my friends.. left to my room and my buddy who was splitting a room with me wasn't there.. about 20 min he knocked on the door.. he passed out on the sidewalk and couldn't remembered where I parked so he walked from 6th street to Congress Ave across the TX school for the death

We barely made it to kickoff

Quinn starts showing off his golden arm and we were going crazy because no way Bama can cover our WRs when they know QE can throw the top of them..

Again terrific game because of the crowd.. now i'm off to take a shower and grab some food.. and i don't ever want another shot of Jameson, Don Julio and Jaeger..

:(

Four or five seconds isn’t what’s needed for “in the grasp”. Try again

Good tale!
Texas played GREAT today.
Hang in there.

What we saw on the field wasnt "in the grasp", no matter how badly you want it to be so. Try again

that play in the EZ was correct.. he got the ball out.. Now they missed a huge hold on Ogie on the scramble from Bryce, they missed a facemask call on Bama, and they missed a PI on Bama too..

I still am not mad.. I'm just upset that Ewers looks to be done for the next 6-8 weeks :(

Alabama gave up a million penalties. You had the ball in the redzone what felt like 10 times, and managed just 19 points.

The game was there, and both teams have reasons to complain about calls, because the only constant thing today was that the refs were absurd for BOTH teams.

ME: *breaks it down action by action by action by action from beginning to end*
YOU: “Well… ummm… it just wasn’t.”

Cool.
