GAME #10 OREGON DUCKS vs #19 Colorado Buffaloes 3:30 PM EST on ABC

In game meltdown, followed by the excuse thread and absence for a few days that @osubuckeye89 said...then he returns with a game thread about how Oregon isn't out of it and this blowout win will put them right back in the playoff.
We might get a few "Bit b" s here and there! :dhd:

Bro doesn’t have a conference, he’s down bad.
Will be rooting for Oregon to make the Rose Bowl or NCAA tournament next year so we can get more of the money than Oregon will.

Well it’s Saturday on the east coast and unfortunately Deion never declared this game as personal. What a let down. Dudes a hack.

Give it time. He might complain about the blueberry waffle he has at the Eugene hotel for breakfast in the morning.

Too crisp, not crisp enough, not enough blueberries, not enough whipped creme, they didn't use a strip of bacon to make a smiley face for me, etc.

That shit would be 'personal'.

The only thing WSU/OSU can divide among themselves are the remaining assets. Things like the TV contracts, bowl agreements, etc. have already been decided through existing contracts.

College football playoff money, NCAA tournament money. Anything we want. Hell since we are the only voting members we may just vote 2-0 to give all of the outstanding debt to all the departing schools.

Board members can't void the existing contract. Nice try.

Aren't those things addressed in the GOR that Washington St and Oregon St both signed?

With Cal's move to the ACC, even UCLA's deal to them is now off the table. UCLA was supposed to pay Cal $8 to $16 million a year to leave with an unnamed expiration date. Basically eternity. UCLA came out smelling like a rose (no pun intended).

Correct. @wazzu31 thinks that since WSU/OSU are the only ones on the board, they get to keep all the TV revenue this year, despite there being nothing in the contract that allows for that.

Judge already approved the temporary restraining order preventing all PAC members that have declared they are leaving have no vote on anything further.

That being said, controlling the rights to the PAC name has very little value.

Correct, OSU/WSU are the only ones who can create new contracts on the leagues behalf. There are substantial assets related to the PAC beyond the TV contracts, which is what OSU/WSU wants to protect. Otherwise, the departing members could vote to sell off all the assets, which would be a detriment to OSU/WSU.
