My dance hopes are fading, because Nebraska's awful on the road. They're not even close losses, they're blowouts.

@ Minnesota (65-76). Outscored (26-52) in the 2nd Half.
@ Wisconsin (72-88)
@ Iowa (76-94)

If they lose a home game it's unlikely they'll be able to make it up with a road win.
 
I'm guessing it's the style of play.

Hoiberg likes to shoot 3s. That works in the PBA where they practice and their peripheral vision is familiar with surroundings.

Get on an unfamiliar/away court and it's brick-after-brick from 3 land. You gotta have a "paint" game in those contests.

It's not like Nebraska's the only one struggling on the road. Anyone who wants to finish in the top 50% of the Big 10 are gonna have to steal a couple road wins.

Nebraska's not favored in any of their road games.

They're favored in all home games except Wisconsin.

If they can get to 19 or 20 wins and then get a win or two on a neutral court in the Big 10 Tournament then they'll have a chance to make the Dance.

Never praise Nebraska men's athletes. They take it as a reason to become complacent and stop making effort.

They need to be criticized and screamed at relentlessly to keep their heads in the game.
 
Hopefully Rutgers coach helps give us this win. But knowing us, we'll probably go into another shooting slump soon.
 
Damn, why do we hear that every time against us? Announcers talking about the guy that was 1 for 19 from 3 and now has hit 2 against us?
 
Damn it Mast, don't need any early shot clock 3 from you.
