GAME 2023 PAC12 CCG: #5 Oregon vs #3 Washington • 5PT • ABC

Beat them in Autzen last year, beat them in Husky Stadium this year.....might as well beat them in Vegas too.

Good luck Ducks. I hope it's a bloodbath of a game!

Anyone heard if JMac is a full go?

In case anyone missed the first game, here is a good recap :)

Washington wins by 15+ tonight

Here’s what I’m hoping. Washington/FSU win. Bama beats Georgia. Enough chaos to cause the committee to make some choices and piss people off, but not enough for Ohio state to sneak in.
Let's run with this ...

First, some good teams are getting fucked ... there is no way around it. The CFP is really glad they are going to 12 next year.

Total chaos:

UM over Iowa - sorry, can't see that any other way.
Bama over UGA
Oregon over UW
Lousiville over FSU
OkSU over Texas
tOSU not playing

UM is in, FSU is out for sure. Texas is out with 2 losses.

1 loss teams - UGA, Oregon, Bama, tOSU, UW.

Five teams for 3 spots. I'd go with:

UM
Oregon - PAC C
Bama - SEC C
UGA over UW and tOSU - because

UM v. UGA - UGA wins as easily as we did in the Orange Bowl.
Oregon v. Bama - SEC wins, of course

UGA over Bama, because.

SEC, SEC, SEC

FWIW, Vegas favors Oregon vs. Bama
I am not going to defend the gumps, but I suspect the Bama players would love another shot at beating Nix. I know we would. He's 0-4 against, 0-5 seems likely.

More likely that Bama never makes the playoffs.

Game kicks off soon...this thread, the real game thread, should be fun.

I’m gonna quote OD posting in his thread over here.
See if I can ruffle some feathers.

Anyone heard if JMac is a full go?
He's been a full go for a couple of weeks. Just hasn't looked back up to speed. Not sure he's able to make a sharp of cuts. Staff has said he's feeling more confident after last week. He has no limitations.

H.O.L.Y. CRAP WE ARE HERE!!!!!! The game of games! A win and your in! The final PAC-12 title game features two historic rivals facing off with the winner of the game getting into the College Football Playoffs. Incredible! The Oregon Ducks take on the Washington Fuskies in Las Vegas TONIGHT and this is more than a revenge game for Oregon. Hell, I won't even call it a revenge game because washington doesn't deserve that mentality from us. This is a business trip. This is a quarter finals game for the CFP with the winner going to the semi finals. Get ready. GET READY! Oregon is going to conquer Las Vegas and the final PAC-12 championship game and go to the last 4-team College Football Playoffs just as they were in the first ever 4-team College Football Playoffs.

This is the biggest game of the year for Oregon and Bo and Co. are going to show up, take care of business, and head to the playoffs. This is the night Bo solidifies his heisman campaign and what a run it was! Oh the memories! This is the night the Ducks hoist the final PAC-12 Championship trophy. After tonight, tomorrow is just sit back and enjoy the games and see what seed Oregon gets. Bring. It. On.

I said it after the loss in Seattle, Oregon may have lost the battle, but they'll win the war. The Ducks have surged since the loss while the fuskies have barely won games, with opponents the Ducks absolutely destroyed.

OREGON - 45

washington - 24

Bring on the playOffs!

It's time...woot
