Now that the news is coming out that Schloss and CDC had an agreement BEFORE the regionals even started, Schloss looks like an even bigger piece of shit. He knew and still tried to fuck the school and the players over. It's why not a single one followed him. You don't think every travel and HS coach sees this bullshit? He's losing HS recruits like its going out of style and it's only going to get worse. And the recruits Texas did have, we just got the guy that recruited them.
As for why you aren't hearing anyone whine, its because you all still think Schloss is the one that recruited well. He wasn't, it was his assistants.


Also, that $3m you paid us might have helped get WR Moore, oh well. At least you got Schloss, and showed that UTshirt and Schloss are birds of a feather in the shitheel nest.

Only a douchebag would agree to leave A&M before the regionals even started to chase the money.

And a douchebag is known to be a douchebag by his players and despite a hard push by Schloss to bring his kids with him they all told him to go fuck himself. And every youth and high school player and coach has seen this and will remember it.

I was unaware of that. Pierce hadn't even been fired by then.

That being said, we shall see how this all works out for tejas and A&M going forward. :pop2:

Schloss is certainly a proven good baseball coach everywhere he's been.
Just like Van Horn going from Texarkana, to Central Missouri St, to Northwestern St, to Nebraska, to Arkansas. The guy just wins.

The pile of failed assistants promoted to head coach in any major sport is deep. They're all a gamble.

Pierce knew he was fired right after the Aggies ended their season. Schloss has been proven to be able to bring in talent, but that is now ruined. The recruiting of the players A&M has was done by Earley, before Schloss even arrived. He stepped into a loaded system. He has the opposite at Jexas now, they have literally no one and their best recruit told them to get lost and went to Kentucky and the players he was expecting to bring to Austin told him no...every last one of them. On top of that, the Texas head of recruiting was just hired by A&M, with the money Jexas paid us, and I'm hearing a lot of 2025 and 2026 commits are coming with him.

Jexas' team this past year was better than what they have for next year, except they don't have cupcake schools to beat up on now that they are in the SEC. This bullshit Schloss just pulled, and how he ruined his name and made it simple for every coach to recruit against him by just pointing to how he will chase the dollars and hang his team out to dry means his collegiate career is over. My guess is in 2028 he's coaching for a new team, putting my money on Rice and their hope he can return them to glory.

Yes, because he agreed to a contract while our season was still going. I've not once even said a thing about our loss other than we were one inning from winning it all. You are getting defensive because all the great shit you thought you were getting didn't pan out. And now you are leading a shitty team into the hardest baseball conference in the world, and your biggest rival has an even better team than the one that just finished second AND we are pissed as hell and will be out to run rule Jim every fucking game.


Funny how in one week you went from tagging me with "is it Texas" and now you are trying to back pedal from this entire shit show because it blew up in Jexas' face.

As I said..... We shall see going forward, but I'd never doubt the potential success of a college baseball blueblood like tejas with a proven good head coach.

One can have all the talent in the world and not be able to put the pieces together.

Putting the pieces together is what it takes to be a successful coach.

I mean, Earley just brought in the talent and architected one of the most potent offenses in college baseball last year. He's brought in a stellar hitting coach and pitching coach with proven track records. There is no reason to think he will suddenly stop bringing in talent or developing it.

Schloss has Max Weiner and no one else to help him now. Not ties to the old Jexas or ties to the kids he has been recruiting for years.
