2024 Concerts

Robert Plant with Allison Kraus far exceeded my expectations. They were very good

Bob Dylan was the most disappointing concert experience I’ve ever had. Pretty sure every song he played was a cover that he did in rockabilly style. Love the guy, but he was not good even when accounting for age

Willie Nelson was sick and his doctor wouldn’t let him play last night, but his son, Lukas took his place and Derek Trucks took over Lukas’s normal role in the band, and it was actually amazing
Not surprised Robert Plant is da man

King Dunn was awesome. Pics with all of them. Buzz, Dunn and Pinkus. Autographs from all, and a merch table that is second-to-none. Awesome show, with maaaybe 150 people there in total. One of the cooler shows I've seen in a bit.

Taking nothing away from her as they are a great duo
They’re pretty good. Lukas Nelson with Derek Trucks and Willie’s band stole the show though. Bob Dylan needs to retire.

But maracas and tambourines are generally for the hot chick in the band that doesn’t really contribute anything other than dancing around and looking pretty.

Meh he did that with Zeppelin as well. I’m biased as hell but best front man Eva

I mean, Bob's born-again isn't he? Seems more likely to me that he was referring to "God" there :noidea::wink:
Kinda GIF

saw the Flaming Lips play YOSHIMI in its entirety Friday night when I should have been at the OU game....the things we do for our kids, eh?

Was a decent show. Lots of eye candy of course. Sound was remarkably good, not bad for an ampitheater.
