If you were that 23 year old girl, would you want him to get back into coaching or have him take you on lavish trips around the world and meet hundreds of celebrities? (the reason she's with him)Apparently BB wants to return to coaching but his 23 year old girlfriend might not let him.
I get the feeling this won't go over well with many Bears fans - especially after last week's game.
If true, Poles must think he hasn't given Eberflus adequate on-field support to prove his worth yet. If Eberflus does stick around into next season, I imagine it will be a "get us into the playoffs or else" season.

Maybe the fear is ruining Caleb by immediately restarting him year 2 in a new O rather than try to improve him in the current scheme.
Could be. It has helped ruin plenty of QBs before. But then again, a scheme and bad coach could be more damaging than an early change. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out...

For the record I agree the locker room and front office are the Bear’s issues because they have talent just not getting anything out of them.
They should clean house completely.
I still think with better coaching Fields could be a starter and I think the Steelers will him there under Wilson.
