Hell, Texas is used to getting a “scare” and even a loss from the “lowly”. They’ve done so regularly the last decade. Nothing new for them. Same, same.

That was not a scare. Vanderbilt never had the ball with a chance to even tie the game in the 2nd half

It’s a disaster. I think some of it is new conference and refs. Holding is never called in the Big 12, they protect the offenses. Opposite happens in the SEC. I went from seeing blatant holds not called to seeing phantom holds called. It’s pretty strange phenomenon

True. I was at the TCU/Tech game and they didn’t call any holding on the OLs and some were obvious. Good thing was both teams did it and got by with it so there wasn’t an advantage. Only one called was on the next to the last play of the game when Tech was trying desperation stuff. And it had no bearing on the play. Why call it now?

Overall the officiating was horrible. Not one sided just sucked.

Be careful of that. Coming off of bye weeks doesn't always result like one would think.

i rather have a bye this week than rolling into Florida at home.. Team is banged up and we have a rough 4 game stretch that includes 2 rivalry games..
