How is any of that cheating per the rules Bonds and all of his peers played by?

Roided up hitter hit a bunch of homers off roided up pitchers. It was good for the game, and he didn’t break a single rule
 
Yeah it’s good for the game but it’s still cheating. I’d rather see someone like Derek Jeter who didn’t kill the ball his whole career but was just a solid hitter ever time he got up to the plate then when bonds hit a home run late in his career you knew he was doing something cause no one hit the ball as far as he did that late in your career

Derek Jeter is the worst defensive short stop of all time according to DRS, yet he refused to let the far superior defensive player in A-Rod play short. Not a team player.

I’d rather have a guy willing to do anything to be the best player possible. Bonds didn’t cheat baseball. Baseball cheated Bonds

Tell me how baseball cheated bonds. Baseball said here are the rules. And if I’m not mistaken one rule was taking steroids is against the rules. And that’s one thing bonds did was take steroids.

They encouraged roid used back then and there was no rule against it. Why wouldn’t Bonds use? Seeing inferior players break home run records is pretty good motivation, especially when it was allowed by the rules at the time.

And then after they changed their mind and went all holier than though, they drug the guy’s name through the mud like he was the one doing something wrong, not the commissioner who allowed it to happen who somehow made it to the HOF while the greatest hitter of anyone on this site’s lifetime will have wait for the veteran’s committee to vote him in
 
MLB blackballed Canseco and ruined Bonds but celebrates Pujols for doing the same thing, only longer.

And let David Ortiz who failed the exact same test as Bonds into the HOF despite playing only half of the game and not even being as good as Bonds at that half.

Ortiz was good with the media and played in Boston. That’s all that really matters. He got a pass while far better players got blackballed.

Only player in recent MLB history with more roid rage explosions than Yadier Molina is David Ortiz

Jeter was still a roider. His career was toast and then he went to Europe to see a "special doctor" and suddenly he was like ten years younger.
 
Judge just broke Roger Maris' record tonight.

Was pretty much a given since the Yankees were finishing up the season against the Rangers.

I have nothing against Aaron Judge, did some reading on him and he appears to be a real nice young man. I never should have thrown him in here. This thread was in response to the idiots on here who thinks anyone who is successful in baseball, especially if they don't like them, is on steroids. Even when they have no fucking proof.

Not even that. Look at every scouting of him as a young player. They all said basically the same thing. The kid has no power. Then all of a sudden he goes to college and starts killing the ball
