Yeah, but that was months ago, once they started conference play everyone forgot about how shitty they were out of conference and just assumed they're the gold standard again.

The eye test might matter if you’re comparing teams on equal footing (same record, OOC wins, SOS). But if you don’t have those it shouldn’t matter. Louisville wasn’t great but they weren’t slouches either. And FSU’s defense just abused them. If that doesn’t count then nothing really matters when it comes to playoff selection criteria.
 
Fsu being a feeder team for #1 will make the NY6 bowls seem more important
 
There’s no way this retard fight is going to decide who is in the CFP.
