there was because of the design there were areas where the air swirled and so when they scored the fans would drop like confetti or something from the upper deck bridges

That was a problem with that stadium. Rather poorly designed so the wind swirled a lot. Took all the hot dog wrappers en sech and blew them all over. Made the place look trashy. Should they build anew, hopefully they can stopped the swirling wind.
