Another day, another pitbull mauling

My shepard got attacked once, by the neighbors pits. through my gate they grabbed a hold of him. I wasnt home, but my wife was freaked out. They tore him up a little bit bit not too bad. She called animal control. The neighbor across the street came out of his house, and they went after him too. luckily he got inside. animal control came, and they had him afraid to get out of his truck and he had to call for help. The fucked up thing was, while waiting for the animal control the fucking cunt pits went and just sat by my front door. The white had a bloody face, and was just staring at my door until the guys got there.

When I finally got a chance to talk to the neighbor, he was a young dipshit punk, he was all about paying my vet bills. "Youre lucky I wasnt home, or we wouldnt be talking about vet bills, I would have killed those dogs. if they get out again, I will kill those dogs. You want those dangerous fucking animals its on you to protect everyone else, and protect them from me."

He got all pissed off and was spouting that if I killed his dogs he would kill me, and blah blah blah. the city gave those fucking dogs back to him. the female later attacked one of his friends in his house, and the the guy choked the fucker to death. Obviously a case of a shit owner, but the dogs were a serious threat to the well being of the neighborhood.

And this is where this a problem that needs better solutions. And no, that solution isn’t breed banning.

The whole thing is starred by a tragic story that happened within the family of the owners. It is horrible, but it wasn’t something that effected anyone outside of the family…..unless stories start to come out from neighbors how the dogs terrorized the neighborhood.

I don’t care what fucking breed you have….people need to be held more responsible for what their dogs do to others.

Even though this happened a long time ago, both kids (and their families) still live in my neighborhood. The two boys are much older now. They have to be in college by now and are driving. To this day if either of the two boys see me they will stop, say hi, ask me how I’m doing, etc. I travelled a lot with my job so I was out of town for long stretches at a time so we never really got close but these two kids were obviously raised right. They couldn’t be more respectful and appreciative to me even to this day.

As with their guns. When a child shoots themselves, or someone else in the home, with a gun from that home, often times the DA will say," Well that family has suffered enough" and does nothing. You want to have something inherently dangerous, you need to be held accountable if your negligence causes harm, regardless of who the harm is caused to.

My favorite is when you're walking in public and a pitbull is snarling and straining at his leash and the tatt'ed owner is telling you "it's okay, he's nice."

Stop trying to convince us we're monsters for hating these vicious animals. Kill them all.
