Go get a sports massage. I’ve had muscle knots in my back and shoulders so bad I thought I had nerve damage in my neck. Turned out it was just muscle knots.
This. And either yoga or some kind of daily stretching works wonders.

Look at the program. I’ll hit 12 sets of chest over the course of 5 days this week then get 2 days rest. Same w thighs and back.

You’re not hitting 12 sets a day 3 times a week.
