Monday was an off day for kid.

I woke him up right after wife left and frantically started saying mom screwd up and he had to go to school and he was late.

Didn't work. Fuck April fools day.

I remember telling my kids on April Fools day a couple years ago that the governor had declared they'd have to repeat the past year of school because 'online learning' during covid was deemed inadequate.

Their answer: "Nice try, dad"
