Athletic's Top CFB Program in the 2000s - first 25 years

We considering just making a bowl while there’s a 12 team playoff as making the postseason?
Apparently whoever is doing this is. I guess much in the same way as making the NCAA basketball tournament in basketball and losing to the Xavier gives the same weight as the final four.

Lol I was thinking the same thing, making a bowl means absolutely nothing in the current time.

In 2024-2025

35 Non Playoff Bowls - 70 Teams

12 teams in the CFP playoff

Over half of the FBS plays a postseason game.

yeah man you can take us off the list too.. we had a play-in basketball game for our mens program.. and lost.

Making the NCAA tournament in basketball is still much more impressive than making some 3rd rate bowl game in college football.

I consider making the tourney a huge accomplishment for UGA roundball. I expect more from football and baseball, we have a pretty good history in both, but we’ve never been a roundball school

Remembered when I wanted to go to school at Tennessee because of football back in 2010
Good times :martini:
