aTm Wanted Saban Punished

poor Texas A&M -- they can't talk trash to anyone. all another school has to do is post a picture of the all male jazz finger squad. Talk about a tradition you need to get rid of. WOW.
If it bothered us you might have a point. As it doesn't, well...that's your problem.

Not if you had a clue what it meant.
Yeah, I am giving you a hard time but you have some great traditions. Now I prefer the USC Song Girls over the ATM Yell Leaders any day, and I won't stop giving you grief, but you have great traditions. My Bama son went to the Bama game last year and he said it was a great environment.

Sorry -- I'd be unable to take any fan base serious who saw this pic and said, Yep, that's our yell leaders.:dhd:

Hot chicks instead of guys, yeah that's a no brainer. But as an Aggie I'd die before we gave up the yell leaders for chicks on the sidelines. At least ours are paid attention to and serve a purpose. Even when I go to Cowboy games I don't even notice the cheerleaders and they are world class.

Check his right hand and better than zero chance he has an Aggie ring on it.
Drill Instructors are not commissioned officers. And if you come out of Texas A&M as a commissioned officer you sure as hell won't be a DI. Aggies are fairly rare anywhere in the Marines. They're everywhere in the Army. Look again, that's a Marine.

I'm guessing the football players at A&M think differently. I've never met a teammate or a football player in general who said -- I sure wish we had a bunch of guys dressed up on the sidelines yelling.

I think Aggies are usually Air Force.

Do you find a lot that say "I sure wish we had some chicks on the side cheering"? Odd take.

1/3 of the Corp that goes military serve as enlisted, 2/3 are commissioned.

Why the temper tantrum? I was in the Marines and never met an officer that was an Aggie. None of my DI’s were Aggies either. And DI’s are NCO’s. I was an NCO myself. It’s not impossible there was an Aggie someplace but they would have been rare as hens teeth. What branch were you in and where did most of your CO’s and NCO’s come from? Sounds like you have more experience than me.
