Fuck the rest of the world. Chicago deep dish pizza is the absolute personification of pizza perfection.

I like a crispy crust. I used to work at a Pizza Hut part time while I was a junior and senior in high school. We had this little plastic tool that was a spiked roller that punched a bunch of holes in the raw pizza crust dough after it was in the pizza pan. I would put a ton of holes in the crusts of the pizzas I made for myself causing the crust to resemble a cracker upon completion.

Another thing I learned about "pizza" is less is best! If you add more than 3 toppings to a pizza it is probably too much.
 
Nah it got plenty hot through, I just don't like unleavened crust.

Nah, I ordered the 6 pack from them and still get daily emails to order more. The crust is thin like a cracker and like hard-tack.
