B12 Thread

Revised schedule for next week.

Baylor has 3 make-up games. At WVU, vs Oklahoma State, vs. Texas Tech.

How's this for the last 8 days of the season?

@OU
OU
@WVU
@Baylor

Welp. This has been canceled.
I think it’s still on. We go there Thursday and play them next Tuesday at home.

EDIT nvm, I see it’s cancelled on the WVU website now.

Also it’s very unfair every other team in the B12 had to play Baylor twice but WVU only has to face them once. Irritated why the game in Waco was cancelled.

Something in the language about competitive balance. Meaning they didn't want to have teams play an exorbitant amount of games in a short period of time, and or have teams play back to back to back road games. I don't think this effected Baylor/WVU, but canceling that game opened up other teams to avoid that.

Well, the BE certainly does not have that rule this year haha

Hell, Kansas is going to be sitting around resting.

Yeah, pretty much. Week and a half until the Big 12 tournament for them. Crazy they didn't miss a game this year in conference.

I looked up Marquette's schedule after this, and holy shit, you have 5 road games in a row? Lmao that's absurd.

Fair enough.

WVU coulda used playing them twice too. But both would have been L’s. Now it’s just one.

Haha technically 6 because of the UNC game.

Creighton on Feburary 6th and Xavier on March 6th.

1 Month between home games. Crazy damn season ha.

I get why they canceled it. Bums me out as a fan of CBB that they only get to play once.

Jesus. Insane.

Awful loss for OU. Just awful

I seriously doubt they even play once at this point. After Baylor needed to come back at home to bear Iowa St tonight it wouldn't shock me if they dont play again til the B12 tourney.

OU with a back breaker

They didn't go on pause though. I think they'll play these games.
