Frontier City is an Amusement Park in OKC, for years.
They do an Oktoberfest and have some good food.

Similar. Elephant ears are mostly flat. Funnel cake is kinda bumpy.
Portugués fried dough is similar too. Saw that along the NE coast.
Can’t go wrong with fried dough covered in cinnamon and sugar.
