TV Series Better Call Saul

So, did we already know that Kim was from Nebraska?
And what are the odds that ties in with Jimmy/Saul/Gene choosing Omaha, Nebraska as his escape hatch through the vacuum delivery?
It was mentioned a few season ago. Maybe the episode that starts off with tween Kim deciding to walk home, at night, cuz her mom was drunk?

There’s some interesting ideas floating around online that puts Kim in the same Mall as Gene. Working at Claire’s. Idk. Not my idea.

Have mentioned my idea that she went the vacuum cleaner route. We shall see.

But Gene seems sooo miserable. If he is in hiding with Kim, would he be that miserable?

No way he’s currently with her. I could buy a planned rendezvous. But nothing checks out about them currently being together.

It's all part of the act?
I mean, don't we have a pretty good idea on how far Jimmy/Saul/Gene is willing to go to pull off one last con???
Perhaps the ultimate con.

Who was he conning the times we saw him miserable alone at his house sitting in the dark watching shitty tv??

If he thinks there's a chance he's being watched.
I'm just thinking of the lengths he's willing to go to 1) pull of the long con and 2) live the life they want

This show is so good that I have no doubt that I'm 100% wrong, but just thinking outside the box.

Yeah. I don’t see it as a con. He is legit bummed. He is longing for the good ol’ days (“Saul was here”).

So what do we KNOW?

1) Gene is in Omaha. He was placed there by vacuum guy (Do we actually know this?).
2) Gene works in a mall, as a manager of a Cinnabon.
3) Saul never mentions Kim in any of his dealings with W&J.
4) When Saul hides out in Minnesota(??), he goes there solo, with no apparent concern for a wife.
5) Kim finds the biz card for vacuum guy, but gives it back to the vet (Saul and/or Kim likely buy the book from the vet, so she will likely have access to the card in the future).

Yes. He was in his basement waiting to leave with Walt at the end of Breaking Bad.

No. I’ve said in here that I don’t like the idea of her being in the background of BB, but it’s not out of the question. When he’s first in BB he asks for a cashier’s check to be made out to ‘Ice Station Zebra’ (“it’s legit, just for tax reasons”), which has been a reference with Kim. I’ve seen a theory that she is in the background and managing his holding corp. Let your imagination run wild.

If she’s around, it has to be pretty deep behind the scenes.

I think we can safely assume they, or even just he ends up with the black book one way or the other.

There was that flash forward scene where him and Francesca were ripping apart his office, shredding documents, and clearing out when shit hits fan in the BB timeline. He makes a big deal about her making sure to be at a pay phone to answer it at a certain time/date. This could be something to do with Kim.

One thing about this show that always makes me laugh and is purely a product of BB being written far before this show was even dreamed of.

In BCS, Victor and Tyrus are literally a time share as Gus right hand men. Always on guard, always doing the dirty work and running his errands.

In BB, Tyrus appears out of thin air only after Victor has had his throat slit. Ha.

Also, while seeing how much shit Victor has helped Gus out with through BCS plus anything in BB, seems a bit impulsive to immediately cut his throat cause Walt made ya mad.

Very minor thing, but it does make me laugh.

Not certain what the point of these are. I watched the first 2 episodes and I was snoring by the end of the second.

They are only 8 mins each, so I will give it another chance, but the first episode was stupid and pointless.

Yeah. They weren’t great. My kid was into them though.
